The grand architecture and artistic heritage can be intimidating for the little ones, but our experienced local guides know how to show the magic of this city. Your walking tour will begin in the charming square in front of the Basilica of Santa Maria Novella, and head towards Piazza del Duomo to see the symbol of Florence, the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore. Admire its outstanding facade and step inside to learn more about this iconic world heritage site.

Another point of interest will be the famous bronze bear statue known as Fontana del Porcellino, which is said to bring good luck to those who touch it. The Cathedral can be visited every day between 10PM and 5PM but admission during masses and events is restricted. The line to enter can be more than 1 hour long

  • Know Before You Go: Our pre-booked tickets to the Leonardo da Vinci Museum allow you to skip the line at the ticket office but not at the entrance. Admission is for the interactive models museum at Via del Castellaccio, not the Leonardo Interactive Museum at Via de Servi.

  • Know Before You Go: 2-hour: for the best experience, we limit the group size to 1-25 guests per guide.

  • Know Before You Go: 3-hour tour only: due to the museum regulations, 1 licensed guide can lead a group of 1-20 people, so the price of the tour will be higher if you need more than 1 guide.
