As the harbor breeze blows, a ship arrives. A story begins to drift with that ship. A port town that has witnessed the crossroads of many lives. Sake from Kanagawa, nurtured by the pure water springing from the Tanzawa Mountains. A rich, flavorful drop brewed by the history of water transport in Tokyo and Chiba, where sake brewing culture lives on despite being a major metropolis. Yamanashi, where the rich aroma nurtured by the mountains spreads. Saitama, blessed with the great Arakawa and Tone rivers, ranking 4th in the country for sake shipments. 'YOKOHAMA SAKE SQUARE' is an event where sake breweries from Kanagawa, as well as Tokyo, Chiba, Yamanashi, and Saitama, gather at the Yokohama Red Brick Warehouse, a symbol of the port that has spun many stories. We invite you to this place, a crossroads for brewers and drinkers, to feel the voyage of the past and future stories of Japanese sake.
