Service Introduction

Rental period: 8 hours round trip between Takamatsu City, Kagawa Prefecture and Tokushima City, Tokushima Prefecture.

Departure time & departure location: Depends on passenger needs (prices may vary for locations outside of Takamatsu City or Tokushima City; if this occurs, customer service will confirm with you again after you place your order, and payment can be made to the driver on the same day).

Trip distance: The total distance traveled must be within 200 kilometers (the route must be reasonable and without backtracking). For trips exceeding 200 kilometers, a charge of JPY 300 per kilometer will be applied.

Driver Language: Drivers will be randomly assigned to drivers who speak Chinese or Japanese; specific languages ​​cannot be specified.

Service hours: 08:00-20:00. Late night hours: 20:00 - 08:00. Night surcharge: 5,000 yen/hour. Please pay the driver before boarding. The time is based on the scheduled pick-up time and the time of disembarkation at the end of the trip.

1. Overtime Fee Details: (Normal usage time is 8 hours)

5-7 seats: ¥7000/hour

10 seats: ¥10000/hour

2. If accommodation is required in cities other than Takamatsu or Tokushima, an additional ¥8000 accommodation fee will be charged to the driver.

3. For total trips exceeding 200 kilometers, a fee of ¥300/kilometer will be charged.

4. Tolls and parking fees incurred during the pick-up and drop-off process will be reimbursed based on actual costs. Please pay the driver directly in Japanese Yen cash on the day of the trip.

Reminders

  • Child seats are not mandatory; please reserve in advance if needed. The supplier can provide one child seat free of charge. A child seat occupies the space of 1.5 people, which may affect passenger or luggage capacity; please confirm beforehand. Additional child seats will incur an additional fee of 2000 yen per seat per day. For more than two child seats, please confirm with customer service.

  • The total duration of the private charter car service is 8 hours. Both pick-up and drop-off points are located in hotels or guesthouses within Aomori City. (For pick-up and drop-off in other locations, the driver will be given time to drive or an additional fee may apply depending on the actual situation.) The service is available from 08:00 to 20:00. It is recommended to plan your departure time accordingly to make the most of your visit to the attractions.

  • Note: The driver will not accompany passengers into the scenic area.

  • Empty vehicle fee: There may be a price difference if the departure or return location is different. If this occurs, customer service will confirm with you again after you place the order.

  • After placing your order, please check the platform messages and contact customer service promptly to facilitate communication regarding your itinerary and vehicle arrangements. Please be aware of this and wait for the driver in the hotel lobby at least 10 minutes in advance.

  • For rentals exceeding the allotted time due to traffic congestion, an additional fee will still be charged, regardless of natural causes or traffic control measures.

  • Any additional charges should be paid to the driver on-site. Please keep your personal belongings and valuables safe; no compensation will be provided for any damage.

  • If the number of luggage and passengers is deemed insufficient to accommodate the passenger, we will discuss with you whether to change the vehicle type or cancel the order. If the actual number of luggage on site does not match the number filled in when ordering, and the site cannot accommodate the luggage, the driver has the right to refuse pick-up and drop-off without refund. Please be aware of this.
