Meet at 8:50 AM at Milan Centrale train station.
After gathering at 9:00, we will depart from Milan by car to Bellagio, a journey of approximately 1.5 hours.
Arrive in Bellagio around 10:30 AM. You can take photos and enjoy the scenery along the way. You will have about 2 hours of free time to explore local shops, have a delicious lunch at a lakeside cafe, and admire the stunning panoramic views from Bellagio Promontory.
Around 12:30, you can take the Como ferry (at your own expense, about €4 per person), which takes about 15 minutes.
Around 12:45, take a boat trip on Lake Como and enjoy about 2 hours of free time. You can stroll leisurely along the waterfront, visit the historic town center, and admire the beautiful scenery of the lake and mountains.
Around 14:45, we took a car to the old town of Como, a journey of about 1 hour.
Around 3:45 PM, spend about 1.5 hours exploring Como. Take a stroll through the scenic city center and visit the Como Cathedral (Duomo di Como), where you will experience the beauty of nature, art, and local traditions colliding.
We will meet around 5:30 PM. After a day of exploration and unforgettable experiences, we will return to Milan by car, a journey of about 1 hour.
Arrive at the boarding point, Milan Central Station (Piazza Duca d'Aosta, 1, 20124 Milano MI, Italy), around 18:30.

3. Small group tours require a minimum of 5 participants to operate, and large group tours require 20. If the minimum number is not met, the tour may be cancelled or rescheduled. Private tours have already been discounted as a group rate and will be charged the same fee regardless of the number of participants.
4. Participants must provide correct document information (for packages including tickets) and contact details, and keep their lines open so customer service can notify them of travel arrangements in a timely manner. You are responsible for any missed tours due to personal reasons preventing timely contact. Please monitor your email or other effective social media channels to receive order confirmations and tour departure information.
5. Vehicle arrangements are based on the number of participants. Small group tours and private tours are led by a driver-guide. Large group tours with fewer than 20 people will not operate as a large group and will be led by a driver-guide. The driver-guide's primary duty is driving; they only provide basic attraction information and guidance, which differs from the professional commentary of a tour guide. Please understand this before booking!
6. As this is a group tour, the driver will wait for a maximum of 5 minutes to ensure the group's schedule. If you do not appear after this time, it will be considered a voluntary withdrawal from the tour; no refunds will be provided, and rescheduling is not possible. You are responsible for any risks associated with personal absence, so please be sure to arrive at the meeting point on time. Thank you for your understanding. Please strictly follow the meeting time specified by the driver-guide or tour guide (for tours including a guide). If you fail to return to the meeting point by the agreed time, the group will proceed to the next attraction, and you will need to make your own way to join the group.
7. Please carry a valid ID or passport for identity verification on the day of the activity.
8. This activity is not suitable for wheelchair users, pregnant women, those prone to motion sickness, individuals with respiratory diseases, infectious skin diseases, epilepsy, heart disease, high blood pressure, acrophobia, or others who should avoid excessive stimulation.
9. Participants under 18 must be accompanied by at least one adult throughout the tour. Seniors aged 70 (inclusive) and above must ensure they are in good health for travel and be accompanied by a family member or friend aged 22-69 throughout the trip.
10. Unauthorized departure from the group during the tour is not permitted (except during free time). We appreciate your understanding. If you leave the tour midway, the transaction will be considered void, no fees will be refunded, and you will be responsible for any personal or property safety consequences. 12. This tour does not include insurance; participants assume all risks. Please exercise caution, look after your personal safety and belongings, and take necessary precautions. The company and its employees are not responsible for any personal or property accidents and do not provide refunds. For international travel, please purchase personal travel insurance to ensure your rights are protected in case of personal accidents, such as illness or loss of property.
13. One-day tours do not include meals. It is recommended to bring your own food and water, as you may not be able to purchase your preferred food during the tour. Carrying hot food, hot drinks, or food with strong odors inside the vehicle is prohibited.
14. The end time is subject to weather, traffic, and other conditions. Please do not book flights or boat tickets on the same day to avoid missing them due to unexpected itinerary changes. Please be aware of this risk, as we will not provide any refunds or compensation.
15. Bringing luggage on one-day tours is not recommended. If you must bring luggage, you must inform customer service of the quantity and dimensions in advance to confirm fees or obtain permission. For tours including transportation, the driver-guide is not responsible for participants' belongings.
16. For tours including transportation, the driver-guide cannot arrange specific seats. If necessary, please negotiate politely with other guests. If they refuse, please use the available seats.
