※For some vehicle models, if the number of passengers is below the seat limit, empty seats can be used for extra luggage space; for every 1 passenger fewer, approximately 1 piece of 24-inch luggage can be placed depending on the interior space.

Overtime fees
The daily usage time is 10 hours (it may be 9 hours depending on the starting location). If exceeded, an additional overtime fee will be charged, which can be paid in cash to the driver on the day.
14-seater and below: 5,000 JPY per hour of overtime.
Above 14-seater: 5,000 JPY per *30 minutes* of overtime.
Additional baby seats (from the 2nd seat)
The first baby or child seat is provided free of charge. Each additional seat will incur an extra fee of 2,000 JPY, payable in cash to the driver on the day. Please note the required quantity when placing your order.
Cleaning fee
If passengers cause serious contamination to the vehicle during the ride (such as vomiting, lingering odors, large spills of drinks, or other situations requiring intensive cleaning), a cleaning fee starting from 25,000 JPY will be charged. Please consult customer service for details.
Personal expenses and attraction tickets, etc.

Reminders
In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day(s) before departure (local time 18:00). Notifications will then be sent via email
To ensure your rights and facilitate communication with the driver, please be sure to check your KKday messages after booking.
If the private tour duration on the day of travel exceeds the time confirmed during the initial consultation (including traffic conditions such as congestion), additional overtime fees must be paid to the driver on-site.
On the day of travel, to ensure your itinerary runs smoothly, the driver may suggest a return time based on traffic conditions and may adjust the order of attractions. Please be aware of this.
If you need to make any changes to the itinerary, please submit your request at least 48 hours before departure, otherwise it may be difficult to process.
If you cancel the trip for personal reasons (within 24 hours of the scheduled departure time), no refund will be provided. Thank you for your understanding.
If you unilaterally change the itinerary without confirmation from customer service, or if you significantly change the itinerary on the day of departure and refuse to pay the price difference, the trip may be cancelled without a refund. Thank you for your understanding.
Please provide identifiable and valid contact information and hotel details when booking, or leave a message for customer service after booking so the driver can contact you on the day of travel. If the driver is unable to add or contact you by 21:00 (Japan time) the day before departure, the trip will proceed as scheduled, and no refunds will be provided. Thank you for your understanding.
