Kansai International Airport

This is my first time using this service. The drivers' service and response were excellent. The only drawback was that I didn't know whether the air conditioning on the bus was turned on, so it was a bit stuffy in the car. Please let the driver know!

The driver was Chinese and polite, making communication easy. We were a group of seven, and the van seated 13. The driver was waiting for us downstairs at the hotel 10 minutes before our scheduled time. We were able to confirm the itinerary with the driver once we got in. While we still had to plan our own itinerary, it was convenient for those traveling with children and elderly people, as we didn't have to walk to the attractions.

It can be split into two non-consecutive days, which is very convenient if you need to go to other places in between when going to and from the airport.

After placing the order, I joined the line group and asked questions. Someone answered in Chinese and the response time was not slow. After getting off the plane, I collected my luggage and contacted the driver, and was quickly picked up. It was convenient.

It is very helpful for long-distance transportation, and it does not need to be used continuously, making it easier to plan your trip. It is also very convenient to use the physical card to enter and exit, and you can enter and exit without the Internet. There are discounts on sightseeing tickets and attraction tickets. It is super cost-effective and I give it 100 points

The driver arrived early because we had an airport transfer scheduled for 5:00 am. There was an additional fee of 4,000 yen, which had to be paid in cash and could not be paid by card. The luggage was collected once the passengers were seated. The car was quite large, but the elderly had poor legs and feet, and there were 4 of us. The driver asked 2 of us to climb into the back seat. It is recommended that if there are elderly people, 3 of them can sit in the front seat and one person can sit in the passenger seat for easier access.

This time, I took my elders to stay in Arashiyama next to the Togetsukyo Bridge for the last night. We were able to book an Arashiyama hostel to depart from Kansai Airport, saving us from having to carry our luggage and squeeze into the subway or walk. I also happened to not meet other people who had made reservations. It was easy and convenient. The car and driver were great. The only problem was that we couldn't specify the time and the pick-up time was not notified the day before, which made it difficult to control.
