【Notes for Private Charter Car】
1. Tokyo departure - sightseeing (e.g., Mt. Fuji/Hakone/Kamakura, etc.) - Tokyo return. Standard service duration: 10 hours. Overtime fees apply if exceeded.
2. If pick-up/drop-off is in different locations (e.g., Mt. Fuji/Hakone), the service duration is 8 hours; for other areas, empty vehicle travel time must be reserved.
3. Service hours are between 7:00-22:00. If you require service outside these hours, please note it when booking for customer service confirmation.
4. Departure point: Any designated location within Tokyo's 23 wards. Charter route: Customized route, suggested itineraries are available for reference. Trip distance: Total distance for travel outside the city must be within 300-400 km (specific mileage will be confirmed by customer service based on the itinerary), and 100 km within the city (additional fees apply for exceeding the distance).
5. Driver language: Chinese/Japanese/English (driver nationality cannot be specified). If the preferred driver language or vehicle type cannot be provided after booking, we will contact you to coordinate a date change or cancellation. Thank you for your understanding.
6. If you have a lot of luggage or large items, please book an appropriate vehicle type to ensure all luggage can be accommodated. Any additional costs incurred due to failure to follow the recommended passenger and luggage capacity will be borne by the traveler.
7. If the service exceeds 10 hours, an overtime fee will be charged: 5,000 JPY/hour for a 7-seater (Toyota Alphard) and 6,000 JPY/hour for a 10-seater (Toyota Hiace). Any fraction of an hour is counted as a full hour. Service time is calculated from the designated start time, including delays caused by traffic jams or force majeure such as typhoons. Please be aware of this.

[Child Seat and Luggage Regulations]
• This service uses licensed vehicles, and the use of child seats is not mandatory under Japanese regulations. One booster seat can be provided free of charge if needed.
• An additional fee of 2,500 yen will be charged for each subsequent ticket. Please indicate this in the order notes. Please note that a child seat occupies approximately 1.5 seats, which may affect passenger comfort and luggage space.
• Standard luggage size is 24–28 inches; oversized luggage or strollers must be notified in advance and will be counted as 2 pieces of luggage.
• If the number of passengers or luggage exceeds the limit, resulting in the inability to board the vehicle, the responsibility and costs shall be borne by the passenger.

Overtime fee for private charter car
If the service time exceeds 10 hours, an overtime fee will be charged. The overtime fee is ¥5,000 per hour for a 7-seater (Toyota Alphard) and ¥6,000 per hour for a 10-seater (Toyota Hiace). Any time less than one hour will be charged as one hour. The overtime fee is calculated from the designated service start time. Traffic jams or force majeure events such as typhoons will also be counted as part of the service time. Please be aware of this.
