- Why not create your own personalized protective incense at 'Machiya Juku', a cafe and learning space in the Higashi Chaya District? This experience takes place in a private tea room within a 100-year-old Kanazawa Machiya townhouse, reserved exclusively for your group. After listening to the scents of dozens of precious herbal incense ingredients and aromatic woods, a specialist in incense and psychology will provide counseling in a relaxing atmosphere. Additionally, you will enjoy a soothing incense experience where you burn and listen to (smell) natural aromatic woods (such as sandalwood and agarwood) using incense charcoal. Your custom-made incense will be blended and created to match your individual emotions and physical condition. Finally, this is a valuable course where you can also experience how to use the incense you have created. For solo participants, this is very popular as you can have a deep, one-on-one conversation with instructor Tomoyoka-sensei.

- Please refrain from bringing perfume, eau de toilette, or strongly scented hair or hand creams. The Japanese fragrance ingredients we handle are delicate, so the scent may be difficult to detect.

From JR Kanazawa Station, take the bus to the Hashiba-cho or Higashi Chaya District bus stop, then walk for approximately 7 minutes.
・By other means:
If you are taking a taxi, tell the driver to take you to Higashiyama Printing in Higashiyama 1-chome.
From there, it's a one-minute walk down a back street.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
