If a passenger's lateness causes a delay to the trip, the passenger can choose to shorten the trip or retain the trip and pay the corresponding overtime service fee.
To ensure a smooth trip, the driver may adjust the return time or the order of attractions based on the day's traffic conditions. If the service time exceeds 10 hours, an overtime service fee of 5000 yen per hour will be charged, with any fraction of an hour counted as a full hour. Please pay the driver in cash at the end of the trip.
Reimbursement will be based on actual expenses incurred. Please pay the driver in cash (Japanese Yen) at the end of the trip.
If there is vomiting, unpleasant odors, or other serious damage to the vehicle, a cleaning fee of 25,000 yen will be charged.
The first child seat is provided free of charge; subsequent seats will incur an additional charge of 2,000 yen each.
Please be sure to provide a contactable messaging app or phone number so that the driver can contact you before departure and on the day of departure.
Please arrive at the agreed location on time. No refunds will be given for unused time if the trip is shortened due to the passenger's lateness.
If you choose to continue the trip and this results in exceeding the time limit, please pay the overtime fee according to the on-site rules.
Please select the appropriate vehicle type based on the actual number of people and luggage. If the number of people or luggage exceeds the carrying capacity limit, the driver has the right to refuse pick-up and drop-off for safety reasons.
Please keep the vehicle interior clean. If the vehicle is severely soiled due to vomit, odors, food, or other reasons, a cleaning fee of 25,000 yen will be charged.
Please keep your valuables safe. You will be solely responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of your belongings.
Parking space at tourist attractions in Japan is limited. Some attractions may require walking to designated pick-up and drop-off points. Please follow the driver's instructions on-site.
The driver-guide mainly provides driving services, route planning, in-vehicle introductions, basic Japanese assistance, and travel advice; if you require a professional licensed guide or in-depth guided tours throughout the trip, please confirm in advance whether it is an optional add-on.
Comfortable shoes are recommended. Some attractions in Kyoto and Nara require walking or going up and down slopes, so please allow rest time if you are traveling with elderly people or children.
