- Upon arrival at the farm, please park your vehicle properly. Staff will be available in the parking lot to guide and assist you.
- The tour includes several agricultural and food experiences, which may involve contact with soil or ingredients. It is recommended to wear clothes and shoes that are not afraid of getting dirty.
- During the experience, you will interact with various insects, plants, and crops, inviting you to relax and feel the pulse of the earth. The activity involves moving between areas, so we recommend bringing a lightweight bag.
- Weather Reminder: The farm is located at an altitude of approximately 500 meters, and the temperature is about 5 degrees Celsius lower than in the city. It is quite hot during the midday hours in summer, but quite cool in the shade at other times. It is recommended to bring a jacket, sunscreen, and rain gear in case of afternoon thunderstorms.
- Mosquito prevention tips: Wear light, long-sleeved clothing and apply mosquito repellent to avoid mosquito bites.
- The park's trails are mostly gravel paths and gentle slopes. For safety reasons, wheelchair users are not advised to participate in this experience. Please note this before booking.

Except for the following force majeure events, refunds and rescheduling are not accepted: school or work closures issued by Miaoli County, road closures, or heavy rain warnings issued by the Central Weather Bureau. - For cancellations made 8 to 14 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time.
