- Children aged 10 and above are eligible to participate in this activity. Children under 10 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to participate in creating a collaborative artwork.
- If you are having the experience with your child, please indicate this in the booking notes to facilitate future arrangements.
- Only purchasers are eligible to participate in the course trial; those who have not purchased are not allowed to accompany or participate. This restriction does not apply to parent-child participation.
- When ordering, please be sure to leave your contact information (Line, WhatsApp, or WeChat are all acceptable). Please also ensure that you can receive messages from non-friends by enabling the function to add friends using your ID, so that the business can proactively contact you.
Reminders
A minimum of 6 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 2 day(s) before the departure date
Please arrive at the experience location 10 minutes in advance. If you are late and it affects your subsequent classes, the store has the right to refuse the experience and will not be able to request a refund or reschedule.
If the trial class has already ended on the day and you have not arrived without prior notice, we will not offer rescheduling or refunds. Thank you for your understanding.
On the day of the actual experience, the results will vary depending on the individual's production process and speed. It is recommended not to schedule too many activities after the experience.
You may bring your own water, drinks, and food to the event. For the sake of a friendly environment, please bring your own water bottle or cup. Participants should abide by the event venue rules and cooperate with the on-site instructors.
The organizers will take candid photos of the experiential activities as needed, and these will be uploaded to the after-work craft community after the event. The organizers may use photos or videos containing your likeness for event documentation or other promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the staff at the event; the organizers will take note and make special arrangements.

Cancellation Policy
- For cancellations made at least 1 day(s) prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
