Regarding cancellation of the event:
- *Please note that each course may be canceled due to weather (especially wind strength). The Master Course may be postponed due to weather. Please ask our staff for consultation regarding the course schedule.
Please note the following when participating in this course:
- It doesn't have to be 4 consecutive days. You can take the course up to 6 months after the first day of class (beginners only). *The price for the Master Course includes full equipment rental. You can still take the course if you can only take 3 days or less, but please note that there will be no refunds if the course can only be held for less than 4 days due to lack of wind, etc. *The price for the 1-day course does not include equipment rental.
Other important points to note:
- *Please note that each course may be canceled due to weather (especially wind strength). *In the event of significant damage or loss of rental equipment, we will charge you for repairs or the actual cost of the equipment.

Rental Equipment: Kite: ¥5,000 per day (experienced riders only). Please inquire about the manufacturer, model, and size. Board: ¥3,000 per day (experienced riders only). Please inquire about the manufacturer, model, and size. Harness: ¥1,000 per day (sizes S-XL available). Wetsuit: ¥1,000 per day (sizes S-L available). Electric Pump: ¥1,000 per day. Other Accessories: ¥500 per item per day (leashes, bars & lines, sunglasses, etc.).

Go straight at the "Kamiji" intersection 3 km ahead (Prefectural Route 191).

Turn left at the "Guesthouse Miyakojima" sign on the left 1 km ahead.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 3 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–2 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
