Our team includes former firefighters from the water rescue squad. We have guide staff who have acquired specialized safety skills. We strive to convey the charm of Okinawa to the fullest (^^) Beginners are very welcome! We understand your anxiety if you feel like 'I might not be good at swimming...'!! We accept tours not only in Onna Village but also throughout the main island of Okinawa. Let's experience the nature you can feel with your whole body with OneUP Paddle!!

Regarding cancellation of the event:

  • The tour will be held in case of rain. It will be cancelled if danger is expected.

Reminders

  • Participant age: 3 to 65 years old

  • Time required: Approximately 90 minutes from the time of meeting to the time of receiving the photo data after the experience.

  • Minimum number of participants: 1 person

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 3 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • For cancellations made 2 to 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
  • For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 80% will apply
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
