You are welcome to bring your phone (camera) and take photos from right in front of you inside the boat! Because it is a boat, passengers can share the sense of unity, and we provide a safe and secure flyboard experience that keeps you entertained before and after the activity! You can fly through the air using water pressure. It may look like a difficult sport at first glance, but it is easy to get the hang of once you start, so you will be flying in no time! See the world of blue sea and blue sky from a bird's-eye view! *You can bring valuables onto the boat, but there is a possibility they may get wet, so we recommend using a waterproof bag or pouch. ★For impact resistance and warmth★ We have wetsuits available for rent! (Reservation required/fee applies) No swimsuit? No problem! You can participate empty-handed. You can rent one for 2,000 yen per suit. In such cases, there are rare instances where we may not be able to provide the data, so we ask for your understanding in advance.

Questions about booking:
- Question 1: Wetsuit rental available. If necessary, please let us know the number of people required and their height and weight. (An additional 2,000 yen will be charged for each wetsuit.)

- * Applications can be made for groups of 1 to 20 people. * Please contact us first if you have children under the age of 12. * We will use a translation machine to assist you in English, Thai, Chinese, and Korean.

Regarding clothing and belongings: 【Clothing】Please wear clothing that can get wet (swimsuit). If you need to change clothes, please arrive early. *Please note that if you are late for departure due to changing clothes, you may not be able to participate in the experience or the experience may be shortened. 【What to bring】Towel, change of clothes, valuables, etc. Please bring only your mobile phone and car keys onto the boat. Please keep all other belongings in your car. (If you are arriving by public transport, we will store your belongings in our vehicle.)
Regarding rental equipment: Wetsuits are available for rent (2,000 yen per suit; reservations required).

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
