- 00:00Start by practicing in shallow water. First, prepare in a place where you can stand and practice snorkeling! Even if you can't swim, our staff will support you, so you can enjoy yourself with peace of mind.
- 00:00Take a stroll underwater and enjoy lots of fish! Tropical fish will greet you right away! Enjoy swimming in the crystal-clear waters! If you're not a confident swimmer, we'll guide you through the swim.

Questions about booking:
- Question 1: We will need to prepare the equipment, so please let us know the age, gender, height, weight, shoe size (or clothing size) of the participants. Please also let us know if you have a medical history, are taking medication, or are currently visiting a doctor.
Regarding cancellation of the event:
- We are able to operate regardless of rain. If cancellation is expected due to ocean conditions, we will contact you by the day before. If we do not receive any contact, the tour will proceed as scheduled. *Please note that there may be last-minute announcements due to sudden changes in ocean conditions, unexpected circumstances, natural disasters, etc.
Please note the following when participating in this course:
- Depending on the ocean conditions on the day of your tour, swimming may be prohibited at the Blue Cave. In this case, we will change your location. Please note that your reservation will be considered "agreement" to the "Spot Change Notice." If you cancel on the day due to a spot change, a cancellation fee will be charged. Because we cannot guarantee access to the Blue Cave until immediately before the start of your swim, we will not notify you of the Blue Cave access status. The tour may be canceled due to ocean conditions. We will contact you as soon as we know (no cancellation fee will be charged in the case of cancellation). Please rest assured that the tour is not affected by weather conditions, including rain. *Reservations on the day are accepted up to two hours in advance. Participants 60 years of age or older must be in good health, able to swim up and down stairs for 30 minutes, and physically fit. This tour is conducted within reasonable limits. Those with physical disabilities are encouraged to participate in the floating snorkeling. (Please inquire before booking to confirm whether you can participate in the tour.)
Other important points:
- Those without hearing, respiratory, or circulatory system disorders, those with a history of epilepsy, or sudden fainting, those who are pregnant, those with difficulty walking or performing daily activities, those with disabilities, and those under the influence of alcohol are not permitted to participate in this program. Please note that staff may determine that those with health problems on the day of registration are unable to participate in the tour. Please note that cancellation fees will be incurred even in cases of customer error. Elderly participants must be able to climb stairs and swim independently. *For safety and security, guests will be required to fill out a health questionnaire. *Same-day reservations are also accepted if availability permits. Please call us if you wish to make a reservation after 4:00 PM the day before. We may not be able to prepare the equipment in time. We appreciate your understanding.
