Questions about booking:
- Question 1: Wetsuit rentals are available. They cost 300 yen per person. If you would like to rent a wetsuit, please contact us by the day before and provide the following information: gender, height, and weight. Please note that cancellations of wetsuit rentals will incur a 100% cancellation fee. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Regarding cancellation of the event:
- Because we are dealing with nature, we may have to cancel or change the date due to sudden changes in sea conditions. In such cases, there will be no cancellation fee.
Please note the following when participating in this course:
- ・Please note that if you are significantly late on the day, you may be charged 100% of the fee. ・Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. They can watch from the beach (free of charge).

Reminders
Participant age: 15 to 65 years old
What to wear and bring: Towel, swimsuit or clothes you don't mind getting wet (wear), rash guard, beach sandals. - We provide a free valuables box (wallet and cell phone), but please note that it cannot hold a change of clothes.
Duration: Approximately 60 minutes (45 minutes for experience). Wakeboarding is a one-on-one experience, so the duration may vary depending on the number of participants.

It will be smoother if you arrive already changed into your swimwear.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
