Regarding the cancellation of the event:

• The tour may be canceled if weather or sea conditions deteriorate. In that case, the full plan fee will be refunded.

Important notes regarding course participation:

• ・Children must be accompanied by a guardian. ・Minors participating alone require parental consent. ・Participation is possible even during menstruation. Please consult us if you have any health concerns. ・Pregnant women or those who may be pregnant are not permitted to participate for safety reasons. ・Those who have consumed alcohol on the day of participation, or who are severely hungover, are not permitted to participate for safety reasons. ・In the event of bad weather or sea conditions, the captain reserves the right to cancel the trip for safety reasons. Depending on the situation, the trip may be canceled just before departure, so we ask for your understanding. • ★Participants must be 6 years of age or older and weigh at least 20 kg. ★Companions are welcome to board only if there are seats available. The companion fee is 3,000 yen per person. Payment can be made on-site on the day using PayPay or Rakuten Pay (QR code payment). Please note that depending on the advance reservation status, we may not be able to accept companions. ★Bringing mobile phones and cameras You may bring your mobile phone or camera on the boat or during the flight, as long as it is secured with a strap to prevent it from falling. However, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage due to dropping or landing in the water. Therefore, we recommend taking photos from the boat whenever possible. *If you wish to take photos during the flight, please be sure to attach a strap or use a waterproof case. *Selfie sticks are not permitted. *Please be aware that you may get splashed with water on the boat.
