Regarding cancellation of the event:
- Please note that the tour may be canceled due to weather conditions on the day. If the tour is canceled after arriving at the meeting point, we will not be able to compensate for travel expenses or other expenses.

If conditions such as wind direction or waves are not ideal, it may be held at a beach in or around Nakijin.
It is in a popular tourist area with easy access to the Churaumi Aquarium♪
SUP is a sport easily affected by the wind.
To ensure you have the best time, we will guide you to a beach with the best conditions, unaffected by wind or waves, based on the weather and sea conditions on the day of the tour!

- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.

- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy.
