Regarding Tour Cancellation:

• ★The minimum number of participants required for the tour is 2 people. If the minimum number is not met, the tour may be canceled. We will inform you about the booking status via email or phone. (*This will be treated as a 'tour cancellation' rather than a 'cancellation by the customer'.) ・No cancellation fee will be charged if the cancellation is due to flight cancellations caused by typhoons, strong winds, etc.

• Healthy individuals aged 6 to 65. Minors must have a signed consent form from a parent or guardian to participate. If you are not accompanied by a guardian, we will send you an application form via email or fax in advance. Please let us know when booking. ・Children under 6 are not allowed on board. Number of participants: Available from 1 person. *Depending on your weight, you may not be able to fly alone. If you are participating alone, please be sure to confirm. ・If you have a history of pneumothorax or epilepsy, please consult with us in advance. Submission of a doctor's medical certificate is a condition for participation. If you are refused participation on the day, a cancellation fee will be charged. Please be aware of this. Prices vary depending on the number of travelers in your booking.

We will confirm your booking via email. ・Activities involving entering the sea require you to be in good health. ・Those with cardiovascular or respiratory diseases, high blood pressure, otitis media, pregnant women, epilepsy, diabetes, liver disorders, hangovers, or those who have been drinking on the day are not permitted to participate. Depending on your health condition on the day, you may also be refused participation. Thank you for your understanding. ・In some cases, a doctor's medical certificate may be required for participation. ・If you have any concerns about your health, please contact us in advance. Failure to check may result in being refused participation on the day at the site, so please be careful. ・Depending on sea conditions on the day, the start time or tour content may be changed or canceled.
