[For Designated Guests Only] Chimelong Hotel Price Difference Payment Plan

The price difference supplement option is only applicable to guests who have already booked a main order for Chimelong Hotel and cannot be purchased separately. Guests must provide the original order number for verification. If, after verification, it is confirmed that there is no main order, the order will not be refunded.

Chimelong Hotel operates on a floating pricing mechanism, and room rates may be adjusted during holidays and promotional periods. The final room availability and price confirmed by the supplier after order submission shall prevail. In the event of price changes, guests should pay the difference within the specified period as notified. If the guest fails to complete the payment within the deadline, the order will be automatically cancelled. If multiple payments are required due to price changes, and the payment is still not completed after two attempts, no third payment will be made, and the order will be cancelled directly. Guests who do not accept the payment arrangement may also choose to cancel their order.

After placing an order, you need to confirm the room status and price again, and the final confirmation from the supplier shall prevail.

The hotel requires that the actual guest's name must match the name provided in the booking. Once a booking is made, no changes (including guest information) can be made.

Each guest entering the park/dining must present one of the following three identity documents for identification: ① Hong Kong/Macau SAR Home Return Permit/ID Card (permanent or non-permanent residents are acceptable)/Passport; ② Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents or Taiwan Resident Permit of the People's Republic of China; ③ Passport of a citizen of an overseas country; for identification purposes. If a guest fails to present the relevant document, they will not be allowed to enter the park/dining normally, and the original ticket will not be refunded or changed.

Before entering the park, visitors must have their valid identification documents checked at the entrance. Please prepare your valid identification documents in advance (including ID card/Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macao Residents/Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents/Residence Permit/Passport, etc.).

We will try our best to arrange the room type you need based on room availability, but we cannot guarantee the availability of a specific room type. If your desired room type is sold out, we will arrange another room type directly to avoid additional charges due to price fluctuations. If you do not accept any room type changes at all, please clearly indicate this in the remarks. Please note that bookings are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once made.

If you need to book multiple rooms under the same plan, we recommend that you complete it in one order. If you book different plans separately, some rooms may be sold out, and successfully booked orders are non-refundable and non-changeable. If you have a booking number for a fellow traveler, you can indicate it in the order notes, but we cannot guarantee room availability; it depends on room supply. Any special requests, such as nearby rooms, can be noted in the order notes, and we will try our best to arrange them, but we cannot guarantee them.
