The National Diet Building and Akasaka Palace State Guest House may be closed to the public at short notice due to unexpected special meetings, receptions of state guests, or other operational reasons.

You can visit either the House of Representatives or the House of Councillors in the National Diet Building.

Tour guidance and lunch locations may be divided into multiple locations.

If you are booking for 3 people, we may ask you to use an extra bed or split into 2 rooms.

For domestic travel departing on or after May 1, 2025, any changes to meal contents due to food allergies, religious reasons, etc. will incur a fee of 1,500 yen per meal, and if there is a difference in price, we will charge the actual cost.

If you wish to bring luggage whose total dimensions exceed 160 cm on the Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, or Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen lines (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so be sure to request this when you apply for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). If you contact us at the last minute, we may not be able to accommodate your request. Even if you are able to make a reservation, you may be seated in a separate car or car from other passengers. Please note that luggage whose total dimensions exceed 250 cm is not permitted. If you bring "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will be required to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on board, so please try to divide your luggage into smaller pieces if possible.

The fare for children (elementary school students) is the same as the adult fare. The travel fare for children aged 3 to 5 (preschool children) is a flat rate of 30,000 yen. Train seats, meals during the journey, and bedding at accommodations are not provided.

In order to ensure the smooth running of group tours, we ask that you leave the allocation of transportation (buses, trains, etc.) and seating at designated facilities during the trip to our discretion. We cannot accommodate requests for specific train departure or arrival times or requests for window or aisle seats. Regarding train seating, even if you have booked for two or more people, if you are not seated next to each other, you may be seated in a different train car or flight than your companion. The tour conductor's seat may be separate.

If you are traveling with an infant aged 3-5, they will not be counted in the number of people in the room type. (For example, if you are traveling with "2 adults and 1 infant aged 3-5," please select a room for 2 people, and if you are traveling with "2 adults, 1 child, and 1 infant aged 3-5," please select a room for 3 people.)

The fare for children aged 3-5 includes the actual costs of bus seats, facility usage fees, admission fees, etc., but does not generally provide hotel beds or meals (with the exception of some tours such as buffets). Also, seats are not guaranteed for trains.

This is a course that involves walking to many tourist spots, so please wear comfortable shoes.
