After your booking request is received, we will check the real-time golf course tee time availability to finalize your reservation. The process will proceed as follows:

👉 The final reservation will be made with the golf course, and cancellation fees will apply according to the golf course's policy thereafter. (Please keep this in mind when booking.)
🔵 If your selected golf tee time is unavailable
👉 We will notify you of alternative available tee times via text message or notification service.
👉 If you wish to proceed with an alternative tee time, please confirm within 10 minutes. (Due to real-time booking, reservations may not be possible if you reply after 10 minutes.)
👉 Once you confirm the alternative tee time, the final reservation will be processed, and cancellation fees will apply thereafter. (If you do not wish to proceed, please request a cancellation. It will be canceled without any cancellation fees.)

- After booking, tee time confirmation and customer support will be provided in Korean (for Korean nationals) or English (for other nationalities).
- The tee times provided are based on real-time availability. You must confirm your booking within 10 minutes to finalize the reservation.
- Please check in 30 minutes before your tee time. You must present your passport (for all members of your party) at the golf course check-in counter.
- Please write your name in English on your golf bag name tag before departure.
- When playing as a group of 2, you may be joined with another group, and private play for 2 people cannot be guaranteed.
- The golf course used may change depending on local conditions on the day of use.
- Due to golf course operating policies and local conditions, your reserved tee time may be changed, moved earlier, or delayed without prior notice (tee-off times may be slightly delayed, especially during the winter peak season at golf courses in Southeast Asia). Refunds and cancellations due to this are not permitted.
- Refunds and rescheduling are not available if you are unable to play due to personal reasons.

Business days for cancellation and refund processing: Monday-Friday 09:00-18:00. Closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. Cancellation requests made outside of business hours will be processed based on the next business day for cancellation fee calculation.
