  • A minimum of 25 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 4 day(s) before the departure date

  • For changes to meal content due to food allergies or religious reasons, a fee of 1,500 yen per meal plus any actual cost difference will be charged. Please notify us at least 14 days before the departure date. Please consult with us for requests made after that date.

  • The order of the itinerary may be changed.

  • ＜Regarding Dinner＞ Dinner will be served early, around 16:00.

  • ＜Regarding Snow Monsters＞ Depending on weather conditions and growth, you may not be able to see the snow monsters or snowy scenery. In such cases, the travel fee will not be refunded. Snowmobiles and ropeways may be suspended or routes may be changed due to weather conditions, warm winter effects, or other reasons. In case of suspension, we will refund the cost equivalent to the service, unless the cost has been applied to alternative arrangements. If the ropeway is suspended, we plan to guide you to Uesugi Shrine and Kumano Taisha (Yamagata Prefecture) as alternative sightseeing spots. Viewing the Zao snow monsters is an extreme cold environment where the altitude is high, temperatures are below -10 degrees Celsius, and can drop below -15 degrees Celsius in strong winds. We recommend wearing ski wear or authentic cold-weather gear (waterproof top and bottom), a knit hat that covers your ears, waterproof gloves, and non-slip snow boots or shoes.

  • ＜Regarding Transportation＞ The ropeway may be suspended due to weather conditions or other reasons. In case of suspension, we will refund the cost equivalent to the service. We also plan to guide you to Uesugi Shrine and Kumano Taisha (Yamagata Prefecture) as alternative sightseeing spots.

  • Please leave the seat assignments for transportation (bus, airplane, train, etc.) and room assignments for accommodation to us. Even if you book for two or more people, seats on trains may not be adjacent or may be separated. Thank you for your understanding.

  • Children aged 3 and older: Same price as the child travel fare. All services are included.
