- Due to traffic control in Simakus, guests are required to apply for a pass to go up the mountain from the B&B after providing the car dispatch information.
- If you require an English-speaking driver, guide, or explanation, please note this in your order. An additional fee of NT$800 will be charged, payable on site.
- Night service fee: NT$500 per day is payable on-site for use of the vehicle and driver/guide services between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM local time.
- Please note the names of the pick-up stations and major hotels. Detailed pick-up information and driver contact information will be provided one day before departure.
●This itinerary includes driver pick-up and drop-off service, attraction consultation, and no tour guide service.
●This service does not have barrier-free facilities and cannot accommodate non-foldable strollers or large sports equipment. Passengers with limited mobility are not recommended to participate. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
●Pets are not allowed on this tour, and bringing dangerous items is strictly prohibited. Thank you for your cooperation.
●Please note that the following behaviors are prohibited on board: smoking, taking off shoes, kicking the driver's seat back, spitting through the window, and littering. If you feel unwell, please inform the driver and ask for a vomit bag. If you soil or damage the vehicle for personal reasons, according to local Taiwanese law, the cost of cleaning and repair will be borne by the passenger in full, and must be paid in cash on site. Please be aware of this.

If you need a baby seat, please inform us when placing your order and pay NT$ 200 per seat on site.
If part of your itinerary is cancelled due to delays caused by force majeure such as traffic or weather, please contact customer service and we will issue a full refund for you.
In the event of adverse weather conditions such as typhoons, snowstorms, etc., a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made one day before departure (local time at 22:00). Notification will be given at any time thereafter via email, phone, text message, or messaging software.
Please be sure to arrive at the meeting point early for the pick-up. Please wait for a maximum of 5 minutes after the vehicle arrives (for airport pickups, the waiting time will be 60 minutes after the flight arrives). We will not be able to request modifications, cancellations, or refunds for late arrivals or no-shows.
Due to different road conditions and pick-up times, the time may be subject to change. The driver will be responsible for contacting you. In case of traffic congestion, the actual pick-up time may be delayed by 15-20 minutes from the scheduled time. The driver and customer service will contact you to inform you.
In the event of bad weather or force majeure, the supplier reserves the right to cancel or change the service. In the event of any cancellation or change, the supplier will notify you one day in advance.

Cancellation Policy
- For cancellations made at least 31 day(s) prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 10% will apply
- For cancellations made 26 to 30 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 21 to 25 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 13 to 20 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- For cancellations made 8 to 12 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 80% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–7 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.

The Cinserey Giant Tree Cluster Trail is approximately 5.2 kilometers one way, taking about 4-5 hours for a round trip. The trail is flat and easy to walk, with dense shade along the way. However, some sections have stairs and slopes. It is recommended to wear comfortable shoes and bring enough drinking water and light rain gear. It is suitable for travelers with regular hiking habits.
