- If you prefer to be picked up and dropped off at a hotel within the designated area, please provide the hotel name and address in the "Requests & Remarks" section when making your reservation. The local operator will then communicate the specific pick-up time to you. For guests staying outside the target area, the meeting point will be in front of Toyoko Inn Hotel (3-2-12, Hamasaki-cho) via a rental car

You can enjoy unlimited participation in all activities during the tour. However, please note that for certain time-consuming activities like wakeboarding, each person will have the opportunity to participate once, with a duration of approximately 10-15 minutes. This allows everyone to have a fair chance to experience the activity while maximizing enjoyment for all participants
Infant fares are applicable for boarding purposes only. If you are accompanied by an infant, it is essential that a guardian supervises and accompanies them throughout the course. Please ensure that the infant's participation is closely monitored by a responsible adult for their safety and well-being
Please be aware that depending on the sea conditions on the day of the tour, we reserve the right to refuse boarding of infants for safety reasons. The well-being and safety of all participants, including infants, are of utmost importance to us
For safety reasons and in accordance with our guidelines, pregnant individuals and those aged 65 years and above are not permitted to participate in this tour

- Cancellations 3 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 2 to 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
