【Important Notes】
・ This is a group tour for international travelers, meaning you will be joining people of various nationalities.
・ Those aged 9 and older must be booked as adults, and those aged 4 to 8 should be booked as children.
・ Children under 4 are free of charge; please specify this in the remarks section when booking if you have a child under 4. During peak season, if there is a lack of seats in the vehicle, the child may need to sit on the guardian's lap.
・ You may get wet while kayaking or riding a bamboo boat, so please bring a change of clothes.
・ Bamboo boat rides are subject to weather conditions; generally, kayaking is the primary activity.
・ The round-trip travel time is approximately 7 hours, so this tour is not recommended for the elderly, pregnant women, or infants.
・ Free pickup is provided for hotels in the Hoan Kiem Old Quarter. Please include your hotel name and address in the remarks section when booking for round-trip pickup.
・ Please wait in the hotel lobby at the designated pickup time. If you are not present at the specified time, the tour may depart without prior notice.
・ If you are informed of a pickup time between 08:00~08:20am, please be waiting in the hotel lobby on the 1st floor starting from 08:00.
・ For hotels in the new city and outskirts (Lotte Hotel, Daewoo Hotel, InterContinental, Sheraton, etc.), pickup will take place at the Opera House between approximately 08:10~08:30am. Hotel pickup is not available regardless of any additional fees, and you must come to the Opera House yourself.
・ After the booking is confirmed, we will provide the exact meeting time and location.
・ For international group tours, there may be stops at local shopping shops for restroom breaks. These stops do not take long, and our company is not responsible for the quality or price of products there, so please make your own judgment.
・ This product is limited to 18 seats and often sells out early, so we recommend booking as soon as possible.
・ Wi-Fi is available in the vehicle, and you can charge your phone if you bring a charger.
・ If you book on a Saturday or Sunday, your booking will be processed during business hours on Monday.
