In compliance with Taiwanese laws, children under 4 years old must use a car seat, while children aged 4 to 12 are recommended to use a booster seat. Please provide your children's date of birth, height, and weight in the "Note" section when booking. The first car seat is free of charge, and a fee of NTD300/seat is required for the second (and subsequent) car seat, payable on-site

The one-way pick-up waiting time is ten minutes. If the waiting time exceeds this, extra charges will apply: NTD300 for a five-passenger car within one hour; NTD500 for an eight-passenger car within one hour, and so on. Please pay on-site
Service during 10:00 pm–7:30 am will incur a nighttime surcharge of NTD600, to be paid to the driver in cash
