- If traffic congestion or other factors cause delays at attractions, an overtime fee will apply. The free waiting time for one-way transfers is 10 minutes. Overtime/extra time charges apply:
5-seater: NT$250 for 0-30 minutes / NT$500 for 31-60 minutes (cumulative)
9-seater: NT$300 for 0-30 minutes / NT$600 for 31-60 minutes (cumulative)

Taiwanese law mandates the use of infant cots or car seats for children under 4 years old; booster seats are recommended for children aged 4-12. Please provide your child's date of birth, height, and weight when booking. The first seat is provided free of charge; a second seat will cost NT$300 on-site.
If you require boarding at Kaohsiung International Airport, additional fees will apply. Please inquire in advance and provide your flight information.
Our staff will contact you no later than one day before departure. Please ensure your internet connection is stable and check your mobile phone for messages. If we are unable to reach you, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation.
No specific vehicle color or model can be specified; the vehicle will be dispatched based on the actual vehicle available on the day of the event.
If traffic congestion or restrictions occur at any attraction due to events or holidays, please discuss itinerary changes with the driver on-site. Additional overtime fees incurred due to traffic will be charged and will not be refunded.
Please board the bus at the designated location on time. If the number of participants on the day of departure is less than the number originally booked, or if the itinerary information does not match the actual situation and this was not communicated in advance, the driver has the right to refuse service and no refund will be issued.
The order of attractions on the itinerary can be slightly adjusted, as long as a consensus is reached with the driver on the day.
If you need to bring luggage on board, please provide the size and quantity in the order notes (suitcases must be 18 inches or larger).
English-speaking drivers only provide basic communication services and do not provide information about attractions.
Please note that certain behaviors should be avoided on the vehicle due to the fact that they will cause inconvenience for other travelers, such as eating, drinking, smoking, putting on sunscreen, kicking the back of the driver’s seat, spitting out the window or littering. Sickness bag is available, please ask for it from the driver when needed. Any damages caused in the car will incur a compensation fee
To maintain vehicle cleanliness and protect the rights of other passengers, please do not bring pets on board.
