In order to keep the carriage clean, please take away the garbage you produce when getting on and off the bus, and do not drink strong-smelling, easy-to-spill, or easy-to-drop food and beverages on the bus.
If you have symptoms of motion sickness, please communicate with customer service in advance.
If the carriage is soiled, the driver has the right to charge the passenger for vehicle cleaning fees.
The driver will be waiting at the designated location holding a sign, so you don't have to worry about not being able to find the driver when you get off the cruise ship/plane.
Customer service is on call at all times and can respond to emergencies in Chinese via LINE/Whatsapp/WeChat, and provide Japanese translation.
An additional late night surcharge will be charged between 20:00 - 08:00, please pay directly to the driver on the day.
The number of seats includes the driver. Please be sure to provide the correct number of passengers and luggage when booking. If you have a lot of luggage or it is large, please be sure to book a suitable car model to accommodate all the luggage. If any additional fees are incurred due to not following the reasonable number of passengers and luggage load capacity recommended by the car model, they will be borne by the passenger. Please note.
If you are unable to travel due to force majeure such as flight cancellation or delay, you do not need to bear the cancellation fee, but please be sure to notify us as soon as possible and provide relevant proof.
