The booking cannot be adjusted or changed after it is confirmed, please be sure to provide the accurate number of participants and preferred session time. You will be asked to rebook the ticket to make any adjustments to the original booking (please refer to the cancellation policies for order cancellation)
Please arrive 30 mins prior to your selected session at the meeting location and look for the staff on-site to redeem your ticket. Travelers who arrive less than 15 mins prior to departure will be denied entry
If you plan to bring your pet with you, please keep your pet in a pet carrier (must be smaller than the following dimension: 30 cm (length), 55 cm (width), 20 cm (height) and make sure that no feces will leak from the carrier, please kindly put the carrier in the compartment in the back of the seat; note that snakes and other dangerous pets are not allowed
