Reminders
The minimum number of participants is 4. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum number of participants specified above, the tour will be cancelled or the difference of NT$500 per person will be paid. The cancellation notice will be issued 3 days before the departure date.
If delays caused by force majeure events such as traffic or weather result in the cancellation of some attractions on your itinerary, please contact customer service and we will process a partial refund for you.
The driver and tour guide on the bus provide commentary throughout the journey.
For ride-sharing services, pick-up and drop-off may be at different locations. The pick-up time will be notified one day in advance.
The travel times listed in the itinerary are for reference only. The order of the itinerary may be changed depending on road conditions or the large number of tourists on holidays.

If restaurants or attractions are closed, a service of the same standard will be provided as a substitute.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 31 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 22 to 30 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 10% will apply
- For cancellations made 11 to 21 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 4 to 10 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 70% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
