★About taxis [Capacity] 4-8 people [Minimum number of participants] 4 people *If the minimum number of participants is not met, the taxi transfer may be canceled. In that case, we will notify customers of the cancellation at least 4 days before the tour date.
If you would like to join the frost viewing tour, please inform a member of staff. We will refund the difference between the frost viewing tour fee and the admission fee (5,980 yen).
For taxi reservations, please make your reservation directly with the taxi company.

We will pick up customers in order between 7:30 and 8:00 a.m. Depending on the traffic and weather conditions on the day, the meeting time may be longer than usual. Thank you for your understanding.
[Meeting place]
A taxi driver will come to pick you up at the meeting point. Please wait until he comes to pick you up. If you are not there when we come to pick you up, we will cancel your reservation on the day.
[Arrival time]
Arrival times are estimates. You may arrive at the meeting point earlier than scheduled. If you arrive early, please wait at a facility near the meeting point until the meeting time.

The driver only speaks Japanese. (Optional English guide and Traditional Chinese guide are included in the guide fee for the Juhyo Tour only.)
The taxi driver will only be responsible for driving, and you will be responsible for booking the tour yourself.
【others】
The taxi will take you to the Hakkoda Ropeway base station before descending the mountain. For this reason, you will not be able to leave your luggage in the taxi.

★About the tour [Age limit for participation]
No restrictions. However, as there are other tour participants, you cannot quit midway.
If you are a child or have concerns about your physical strength, please request a private pack. This plan does not include transportation when using a private pack, so please contact us if you wish to use this service.

*You can change into rental clothing for the frost covered snowshoe tour at Sancho Koen Station.

[Best time to see the frost-covered trees]
・The best time to see the flowers is usually from January to February.
Therefore, please understand that the Hakkoda snowshoe tours in December and from March 1st to March 31st will be "empty-handed."

・Depending on weather and other conditions, the tour time may be changed at the guide's discretion. In such cases, refunds will not be available. Thank you for your understanding.
・Depending on the congestion on the ropeway on the day, you may have to wait.
