You need to bring your passport to visit the Blue House; you will not be allowed to enter if you do not have one.

Gyeongbokgung Palace/Blue House is closed every Tuesday. If it is closed, we will change the attraction to Changdeokgung Palace instead.

Pick-up and drop-off locations are limited to Seoul city area. Additional service fees will apply for locations outside the service area. Please contact customer service for confirmation.

The rental period is based on a minimum of 9 hours. An additional fee of 30,000 Korean Won per hour will apply for any time exceeding this limit. Please pay the driver in cash on the same day.

The day before your departure, our customer service team will contact you again using the contact information you provided to confirm the itinerary for the next day and arrange transportation for you.

Tour schedules may be affected by traffic and weather. In the event of cancellations or changes due to weather or other factors, please refer to on-site announcements. No further notice will be given. We apologize for any inconvenience.
