・Please note that we may use medium-sized or small buses or taxis depending on the number of participants.
・This tour only has Japanese-speaking guides and services are only provided in Japanese. Chinese and English services are not available.
・The Kabira Bay glass bottom boat experience is not included in the itinerary. Please inform the tour guide if you wish to ride the glass bottom boat. Special price for bus participants: 1,300 yen for children aged 12 and above / 650 yen for children aged 4 to 11 (only cash payment on site)
・You can bring luggage on board. Each person is limited to one piece of luggage within 28 inches. Please note if you bring any.
・During the days when Ishigaki Seaside Hotel is closed, lunch will be served at another restaurant. Please be advised that the lunch menu may be changed.
・Bus seats are arranged on a first-come-first-served basis. Seats cannot be reserved or assigned. If there is an odd number of people, you may have to sit with other guests. Thank you for your understanding.
Reminders
1. This trip is for 2 people. If you cannot form a group, we will inform you at least 3 days before the trip and change the date or refund you in full. After the order is confirmed, the date cannot be changed at will. If any loss is caused, you will be responsible for it.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 11 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–10 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
