Children aged 0-2 years old can be carried for free without occupying a seat; each person can bring one piece of luggage for free, regardless of size, which needs to be clearly stated when registering. If you do not specify in advance that there are children under 3 years old who do not occupy a seat and the number of luggage, resulting in insufficient space on the bus and overcrowding, the driver has the right to refuse boarding and the fee will not be refunded.

Due to the unpredictability of traffic conditions, weather, festivals or crowds on the day, the arrival time of each itinerary may change. According to Japanese law, the driver's maximum working time is 10 hours. In order to ensure the safety of the driver and the stability of driving, the itinerary may be adjusted according to actual conditions, including reducing the time of sightseeing or canceling certain attractions. No refund service is available. We deeply regret the inconvenience this may cause you.

This tour requires a group of 4 people. If the group is not formed, we will notify you at least three days prior to departure and offer to reschedule to another date or provide a full refund. - Cancellation is not allowed between 0–4 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy.
