What You Can Expect
Purchase Notice
- Cancellation fees apply starting 48 hours before the reservation time. Within 24 to 48 hours of the reservation date and time: 50% of the reservation amount Cancellation within 24 hours: 100% of the reservation amount
- Please choose your meal from the course menu available on the day or from the a la carte menu. You can check the a la carte and other menus on the restaurant's official website. Note: For same-day cancellations, a cancellation fee of 11000 JPY per person will be charged. For cancellations made 2 days in advance, the fee is 5500 JPY per person. No cancellation fees apply before that time.
- Restaurant service charge (billed separately at the time of payment for dine-in): No service charge or cover charge. A room fee applies for private dinner rooms (2200 JPY for a semi-private table room). *The above information is for reference. The actual charges at the venue will take precedence.
- Cancellation Policy: The cancellation policy for this product is divided into KKday's reservation fee cancellation policy and the restaurant's cancellation policy.
Based on the cancellation date, there will be different cancellation charges for KKday's reservation fee (440 JPY per guest).
If you are unable to visit, please be sure to cancel your reservation before departure. If you do not cancel, we will charge you the following fees (the actual fees stated in the voucher after booking will take precedence): The following cancellation policy applies to reservations for 1 or more guests. Lunch: A cancellation fee of 6000 JPY per person applies for cancellations within 24 hours of the reservation time, and 3000 JPY for cancellations within 48 hours. No fees apply before that time. Dinner: A cancellation fee of 13200 JPY per person applies for cancellations within 24 hours of the reservation time, and 6600 JPY for cancellations within 48 hours. No fees apply before that time.

Reminders
If you need to change your order details, please contact KKday Customer Service. However, please be aware that KKday and the restaurant have the final say on whether or not you can change your order, so please fill out your order details carefully.
Please ensure that the order details provided are correct. If there is any error in the order information, you will be responsible for any resulting loss of rights.
Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.
The Promotional photos are for reference only. If the actual dishes served is different than the reference, please reflect that to the restaurant, who will be responsible for this matter fully.
Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
The restaurant may contact users via email. Please provide an email address that you frequently use and can regularly check.
I You understand, agree, and authorize the booking platform to provide booking services and make reservations and relevant requests on your behalf with the restaurant as necessary.
Despite the terms and conditions of KKday, this product is a direct contract between the restaurant and the user. While KKday Customer Service will provide maximum support, please understand that they cannot assume responsibility.
If dining is not possible due to a natural disaster, KKday will refund the reservation fee.
Please note that you cannot book different restaurants for the same time slot on the same day. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
