Please note that lunch is not included in the tour price. You may bring your own lunch, purchase it at one of the stops, or buy it in advance.
Refunds will not be provided if certain attractions are not visible or are difficult to see.
The itinerary may be altered or certain stops may be skipped due to road conditions or crowding at facilities.
The tour may be canceled due to bad weather or other reasons. In such cases, we will notify you promptly. Please note that we cannot cover transportation costs if you are already on your way to the meeting point.
If the number of participants is less than 15, or if the tour cannot proceed due to disasters or accidents, the tour may be changed or canceled up to 3 days before the start date.
Reminders
The tour will be canceled if the minimum number of participants (15 people) is not met.
Japanese law requires the use of seat belts on tour buses.
The return location cannot be changed after the tour ends.
Due to unavoidable reasons such as traffic congestion, the tour schedule may change, and the time spent at each attraction may be shortened.
If you feel unwell, please inform the guide immediately. Refunds will not be provided for this reason.
The tour will depart at the scheduled time, so please be punctual.
There are no restrooms on the bus.
Smoking is prohibited on the bus, and reclining seats are generally not allowed.
The meeting and drop-off locations may differ.
Lost items will be kept for two weeks after the tour ends. However, perishable items or items difficult to store will be disposed of immediately.
Pets are not allowed on the tour.
In emergencies, you may be asked to stay with the tour guide.
Facility entrance fees included in the tour may differ from regular prices. No refunds or additional charges will be made for any price differences after the tour starts.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
