Kakunoshin's main store, located closest to our producers.
To share the charm of the local area with the community, our main store, Ushiya Kakunoshin, is located in Ichinoseki Kawasaki-cho, a town with a population of less than 4,000, right where our producers are. We offer a menu featuring our carefully selected Kanzaki aged meat, paired with delicious locally grown rice and fresh vegetables, for both our local customers and those visiting from afar to enjoy.
At Kakunoshin, we purchase cattle by the whole head, so we serve different cuts each time. We want you to enjoy the meat that is at its best when it is served, and also the different flavors of each cut.
We actively use local Ichinoseki ingredients, so the salads and side dishes we serve vary with the season, allowing you to enjoy seasonal ingredients.
We have a wide variety of drinks, from soft drinks to wine. We are particularly particular about our sake, and have five types of local sake from Ichinoseki on offer. Please enjoy the different flavors.
We want all customers at Ushisha Kakunoshin to be able to relax and take off their shoes, so we ask that you remove your shoes when you are shown to your seat.

Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.
The Promotional photos are for reference only. If the actual dishes served is different than the reference, please reflect that to the restaurant, who will be responsible for this matter fully.
Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
