  • A minimum of 2 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 1 day(s) before the departure date

  • Please arrive at the meeting point 20 mins in advance as the bus and train will depart on time, refunds will not be granted to late arrivals

  • The meeting point is in front of Termini train station. On-site staff will be waiting in a jacket or blue polo shirt with the “City Wonders” logo at the meeting point. Please follow the staff’s guide to the train station, do not proceed on your own

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 5 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
