Our signature dish, "Vegetable Skewer Rolls," is made by wrapping fresh vegetables in sliced Chami pork, skewering them, and grilling them! It's experiencing an unprecedented boom in Fukuoka and Hakata, and is so popular that specialty shops have lines every day! Before you order, a wooden box filled with an assortment of vegetable skewers will be brought to your seat. One of the fun things is intuitively choosing the skewer you want to eat from this box! Enjoy the wide variety of vegetable skewers with both your eyes and your tongue♪
Ao's original sours, including "Fresh Lemon" made by steeping vodka and lemon for two days, and Ao's original cocktails made with "organic herbs and fresh fruit" supervised by BAR Hana, a famous bar in Nakazakicho, are delicious to drink and visually pleasing♪
The interior of the restaurant has a warm wooden theme, and is perfect for a variety of occasions, from spending time with loved ones to girls' parties and other banquets! The first floor is a theater-style seating area with a full view of the grill, while the second floor has a low bar-style counter that surrounds the drink counter.
