We have prepared a hearty burger with a total weight of over 350g, featuring Konishi Bread, a signature Tamba Sasayama burger, a 100% beef patty weighing over 180g, and seasonal vegetables from Sasayama. Choose from three varieties of the Tamba Sasayama Burger, proudly brought to you by a former head chef of a high-end steakhouse: plain, rich cheddar, and special (fried egg and thick-cut bacon). Both eat-in and take-out options are available.
We have included classic western dishes that bring back memories of the olden days. Three kinds of seasonal hors d'oeuvres, a nostalgic Showa-era omelet rice, a western-style restaurant staple, 100% beef hamburger steak, fried shrimp, macaroni gratin, potato salad, and a hearty lunch of our specialties.
Our restaurant is a renovated old house with a retro and stylish atmosphere. You can enjoy your meal while looking out at the Showa-era atmosphere and the courtyard filled with greenery. The adjacent vintage toy garden features tin toys and nostalgic arcade games, providing a space that both children and adults can enjoy. Tanba Sasayama is one of the most famous places in Japan for producing delicious food! Our restaurant uses ingredients that are grown in the rich natural environment of our local Tanba area. For example, we use Tanba chicken eggs, which are characterized by their rich yolks, in our puddings. We make the most of the quality of the eggs to create a firm yet mild flavor. Once you try it, you'll want to try it again and again, making it a very popular dish! We also use a variety of other ingredients to create exquisite flavors.
