At our restaurant, you can enjoy piping hot, freshly fried Kushikatsu with our original blend of sauce. We use light oil that is easy on the stomach, and we offer about 25 varieties of skewers that change daily. For those who want to try a little bit of everything, we also recommend our 5-piece or 10-piece Omakase set courses. The interior has a cozy atmosphere that makes it easy for first-time customers to drop by. We also accept private bookings, so please feel free to use our space for various banquets.
Our restaurant has a wide variety of skewers on the menu, with about 25 different types on offer each day. We serve our food at a pace that matches the customer's pace, until they say "stop." Enjoy our freshly fried, crispy skewers with our original blended sauce until you're full. For those who want to eat at their own pace, we recommend the course menu's 5-skewers or 10-skewers set. All-you-can-drink options are also available, so please feel free to ask us about it.
Our popular menu item is the "Asparagus Skewers", which are large pieces of asparagus deep-fried until crispy and juicy! In addition, the pork loin skewers and beef skewers are popular with men, while the tomato skewers and mushroom & cheese skewers are popular with women. We also have original dishes that can only be found at our restaurant, such as kelp with roe and natto. We use a light oil that won't make your stomach feel heavy, so you can enjoy the skewers to your heart's content. Side dishes include pickled vegetables and stewed offal. Please come and enjoy until you're full.
The Premium Malt's fragrant ale and highballs, which are refreshingly carbonated and perfect with kushiage, are popular menu items. We also offer white and black hoppy, sours, whiskey, plum wine, and wine. We always have about 12 types of easy-to-drink 180ml bottles of sake, including Kubota. We also have refreshing 25% shochu, such as Kinmiya, Nikaido, and Kirishima. You can also keep bottles on hand. Alcohol goes well with the delicious kushiage.
The restaurant has a homey and welcoming atmosphere, and you can watch sports or movies at the counter, where you can watch TV. The counter seats are very immersive, allowing you to see the skewers being fried right in front of you! It's a relaxing space where you can sit alone and enjoy a chat with the manager, or savor skewers with friends.
