This is a salt-flavored chanko nabe made with chicken bones. Our most popular chanko nabe is made with 12 different ingredients, including chicken meat, chicken balls, and cabbage! We also have sopp nabe (soy sauce based), kimchi nabe (miso based), sardine nabe (miso based), miso-cooked motsunabe (miso based), motsunabe (salt based), curry motsunabe, and spicy motsunabe.
