We also offer great rice. The extremely popular "Shio-musubi" rice balls we serve at the end of the meal are made with koshihikari rice from Ibaraki Prefecture, cooked in a gas kiln, and carefully rolled to give you a crumbly texture. We also recommend the zosui rice porridge made with broth from boiled fish.
We stock sake from all over Japan, with around 40 varieties of standard brands such as "Kamo Nishiki" and "Miyaizumi" in stock at all times. We have seasonal flavors, easy-to-drink varieties, and rare brands that are not often available in Tokyo, and we will provide detailed information on what dishes go well with each drink and why. We also have standard draft beers and sours, so please enjoy a wonderful time with your favorite drink.
