Continuing his rigorous attitude toward ingredients, origins, and flavors, the focus here is not on traditional, serious Fine Dining, but on a 'non-serious sense of luxury'—relaxed, profound, yet without losing rhythm and ritual. The chef says: 'I hope this restaurant can make people feel the vacation more deeply; it is a relaxing yet exquisite culinary journey.'

   At pelago, a lively, free, and bountiful gourmet market feast is about to unfold. The restaurant uses a treasure chest as its symbol, representing culinary treasures from all over the world, with every bite being the starting point of exploration.
   Here, we select a hundred popular dishes, from fresh-caught seafood and daily hand-pressed sushi to Hong Kong-style secret roast goose, exotic shawarma, and rich Indian curry, as well as classic Yilan snacks and handmade desserts, making people feel like they are traveling the world with a plate in hand, embarking on a diverse and satisfying taste journey.
   The spacious and bright space design makes dining time free and easy, allowing families, relatives, and friends to get what they love and eat both bountifully and comfortably.
   The most popular experience for family travelers is our exclusively created 'kid’s kitchen': after children are full, they transform into little dessert chefs, personally serving surprise desserts to their parents, making dinner not just a delicious end, but the beginning of a warm memory.

   Daily business hours are from 11:00 to 17:00. Whether you want to stay a little longer after checking out or want to feel the leisurely rhythm of The Archipelago before checking in, this is the most comfortable choice. Magazines and books are available on-site for browsing, paired with light meals, desserts, coffee, or tea, to easily spend a sun-drenched afternoon.

4. Outdoor Water Area
   The only hotel in Taiwan with an outdoor seawater pool
   Located by the Pacific Ocean, the hotel is committed to creating the most reassuring and pure ocean experience for guests.
   We specially introduce seawater into the pool, equipped with a seawater swimming pool, a lazy river, and a large water play area.
   Even if you don't step into the ocean, you can swim freely in real seawater.
   Experience the ocean and play in the water with peace of mind.

5. Kids Club
   A 100-ping indoor play area where both adults and children can have fun together

   The facility covers an indoor space of over 400 ping, equipped with various game machines, an indoor maze, Crazy Mini Golf, limited Nintendo Switch, and Shuffleboard, which is rare in Taiwan.
