Additional Charges During High Season:
There will be an additional service fee during the peak tourist season as follows:
- 200 THB for Eco/Standard cars
- 300 THB for MPVs
- 500 THB for Minivans
A fee for remote areas, which will be confirmed once the pick-up and drop-off locations are provided, if applicable.
Please make the payment directly to the driver. The high season charges apply during the following periods:
- Songkran Festival: April 10-20
- Christmas and New Year: December 20 - January 10
- 4 days before and after Chinese New Year.
Other Extra Charges
- Car Seats + 200thb/seat
- Second Drop Off Point : Within 10 Km. Radius--> 300thb extra for Eco&Sedan&MPV // 500thb for Van
- Extra Drop Offs : get drop offs to additional destinations --> 300thb extra for Eco&Sedan&MPV // 500thb for Van (1-1.30 hours waiting time for each destinations)

- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
