The itinerary may be affected by delays in transportation (such as planes or trains), weather factors, customized arrangements, etc. Any changes must be informed to the service staff in advance.
According to legal regulations, the number of people in a private charter car must not exceed the legal capacity.
Children under the age of 4 must use a child safety seat. If a child refuses to use a child safety seat, the driver has the right to refuse to take the child.
If you wish to book a car seat, please include your child's weight and height in the order notes. Car seats cost NT$150 per seat; booster seats cost NT$80 per seat.
If you wish to customize your itinerary, you must discuss it with the service staff in advance.
If the itinerary includes travel along the Yuchang Highway, an additional NT$1,000 will be charged, which will be collected by the driver.
If the hotel pick-up and drop-off location is not within Taitung City, an additional fare will be charged based on the hotel's location.
Overtime fee: 500 yuan/hour for a 5-seater, 700 yuan/hour for a 9-seater.
The trip fee does not include the driver's meals, which must be provided to the driver separately.

- For cancellations made 7 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 4 to 6 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
