Purchase Notice
- Seats on high-speed trains are automatically assigned by the system. We cannot guarantee seat continuity, nor can we specify seats or carriages. If you require consecutive seats, please indicate this in the remarks column. Actual seating arrangements are subject to the system's assignment results.
- If you need to change your train/train number, please contact KKday customer service 8 days before departure. Only one change is allowed. No changes will be accepted within 7 days of departure.
- High-speed rail reservations open 29 days before departure. Orders can be placed up to 29 days in advance, but securing a seat is not guaranteed.
- Due to differences in region and hotel system attributes, if you have special needs (such as one large bed/two small beds; crib, etc.), please make your request when the order is placed. We will then make the request to the hotel on your behalf. However, whether or not the request is obtained depends on the availability of rooms at the hotel. We apologize for any inconvenience.
- The definition of a child varies from hotel to hotel, and additional charges may apply on-site, depending on the hotel's policy.
- For children not occupying a bed, the price only includes insurance and administrative processing fees. If a high-speed rail ticket is required, it can be purchased when selecting the number of tickets. Any other additional costs must be borne by the customer on-site.
- Children not occupying a bed: This means that the child does not occupy a bed. If you decide to have 2 children share a bed, please select 1 child + 1 child not occupying a bed; the maximum number of children not occupying a bed is 2 (for any additional restrictions on the number of children, please see the child definition description for each product). Children not occupying a bed do not include hotel meals, facility use and supplies.
- Placing an order for a package does not mean the reservation is complete. A voucher will be issued after the order processing staff confirms the order and indicates that the order has been successfully placed. If you have any doubts, please do not place an order.

Before ordering this product, please be sure to read the ordering instructions and related agreements of the product carefully. If the orderer is not the passenger himself, the orderer will be in the position of an agent, which means he is obliged to fully inform the passenger of his/her itinerary. The ordering instructions and restrictions are legally binding on the traveler after clicking to agree, and the traveler's subsequent defense of ignorance or lack of understanding will not be accepted.
Those who purchase the "Love Ticket/Respect for the Elderly Ticket" must bring valid documents in and out of the station on the day of departure to facilitate inspection by the high-speed rail station staff. If you do not bring the certificate or have any differences after inspection by the high-speed rail, the high-speed rail has the right to reject your ticket. To ride, you need to purchase another high-speed rail ticket before you can ride. The original high-speed rail holiday ticket cannot be refunded or refunded.
Nangang, Taipei, and Banqiao. The above three stations are not applicable to any two stations as the departure station and arrival station (for example: if the destination station is Taipei Station, the departure station is not applicable to Nangang and Banqiao stations).
The price includes a full round-trip ticket for a corresponding seat in a high-speed rail standard carriage; the date of travel must be the same as the hotel check-in or the departure date of the itinerary. A single order can only enter and exit the departure station and destination station at the same point, and take the same train. If the itinerary needs to be postponed, passengers are asked to provide the hotel's return transfer service. The item is a return ticket and no one-way refund is allowed.
The high-speed rail tickets for this project are discounted fares, can only be used on the same day, and are anonymous. If lost, they will not be reissued, so please keep them properly. All documents that have been altered, defaced, or photocopied will be invalid.
If the itinerary includes accommodation, check-in and check-out times are subject to the regulations of each hotel. If the itinerary includes accommodation, the number of rooms with advertised prices is limited. The actual room types available are subject to sales conditions and cannot be exchanged for other room types.
For pre-purchased itineraries departing after the 29th, the high-speed rail tickets will be booked 29 days before the high-speed rail departure date. The actual number of trains that can be taken is subject to the customer service staff's reply.

How to Use

- Taiwan High Speed Rail
- Please use a physical ticket or mobile electronic ticket to enter the high-speed rail station.
- High-speed rail reservations are only open for dates within 29 days of the boarding date. If your boarding date is not within 29 days, your seat will be reserved and shipped after the opening day.
- Each passenger in the same order can only get on/off at the same station, and cannot get on/off at different stations.
- High-speed rail holiday tickets are special tickets, and there are regulations for the departure and destination stations of the ticket. For example: choose Taipei Station to depart, stay in a Kaohsiung hotel, the outbound ticket is from Taipei to Zuoying, and the return ticket is from Zuoying to Taipei. No refunds will be given if you get off the bus midway. When passing the station, you need to make up the difference according to the official high-speed rail fare.
- If you miss the original train, you can take a free seat on other trains on the same day.

－Things to note when canceling high-speed rail holidays－
- High-speed rail holiday ticket regulations prohibit any one-way refund.
- Refunds must be handled with the assistance of KKday. Ticket purchase windows at various high-speed rail stations are unable to handle refunds and exchanges.
- Note: According to the regulations on high-speed rail holiday tickets, if multiple people book the same order at the same time and need to refund or exchange tickets, they must handle the refund and exchange together. The refund and exchange operations cannot be handled individually, and the refund and exchange fees for all people will be charged. We apologize for the inconvenience caused.
- High Speed Rail Holiday Cancellation Policy -
- If you need to cancel your order, please contact KKday customer service staff first.
- Due to administrative working hours, the cancellation policy will be based on the text description below on KKday. Order cancellation applications will only be accepted between 08:30 and 16:00 every day. If the application is submitted after the time, it will be deemed to be postponed for one day.
- If a high-speed rail ticket has been issued, an additional cancellation fee of NTD20/ticket will be charged (round-trip tickets count as 2 tickets)
- Departure date (not included), more than eight days, free cancellation. Departure date (not included), if you notify the change or cancel the order within seven to four days before the departure date (not included), a cancellation fee of 30% of the total cost will be charged.
- If you notify us of changes or cancellations within three days before the departure date (not included), a cancellation fee of 70% of the total cost will be charged.
- If you notify us of changes or cancellations on the day of departure, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total cost will be charged.
- (For example: Departing on 12/8, if you change or cancel the order before 11/30, the cancellation will be free of charge; if you change or cancel the order on 12/1~4, a 30% handling fee will be charged; if you change or cancel the order on 12/5~7 If you cancel the order, a 70% handling fee will be charged)

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 9 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–8 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
