If affected by traffic jams or inclement weather, etc., the itinerary or the stay time of each scenic spot may be subject to adjustments.

Sometimes the tour may have to be canceled due to natural disasters or inclement weather. In this case, please contact us to confirm the departure status.

The time of stay at each scenic spot is determined according to the traffic conditions on the road or the number of participants on the day.

Late arrival and the inability to participate in the tour resulting from traffic conditions will be considered an automatic forfeiture by the participant, and no refunds will be granted.

The company shall not grant refunds for passengers who leave the tour itinerary halfway due to personal reasons.

During consecutive holidays, there may be cases where the scheduled end time of the tour may be later than scheduled due to traffic congestion. In addition, if the return time is delayed due to other force majeure factors beyond our control, and which results in participants needing to take a taxi or stay at a local accommodation, the company shall not be responsible for bearing costs incurred.

Please note that seats cannot be assigned on the bus, smoking is prohibited on the bus, and there are no restrooms.

If the stationmaster cat (Nitama) is not available on certain days due to special circumstances or health reasons, no refunds will be granted.

After the start of the day's itinerary, if the facility is suspended due to force majeure, a partial refund will be made. Because the facility admission fees included in the trip fee are different from the facility's published price, we cannot refund at the facility's published price. Please understand.
