- Menstruation is not an illness. Please note that you can enjoy a full refund without any handling fees up to 3 days before your scheduled lessons. If you request on the day of the lessons, you may either retain the spot for the next activity or change the participant. If participation is still not possible, a refund will be provided after deducting a 20% handling fee
- The trial calculation is as follows: TWD2,500 - (TWD2,500*20%) = TWD 2000

Those suffering from cardiovascular disease, chronic diseases, epilepsy, pregnant women (Including missing menstruation within 3 months), those who are unwell, and those who have undergone major surgery within the last 6 months will not be covered by the insurance. and are not recommended to sign up. - Cancellations 7 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 5 to 6 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 4 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 70% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
